▣ Domestic travel

Article 1 [Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are for the purpose of establishing the details of implementation and compliance with the domestic travel contracts concluded by the top travel agencies and travelers.

 

Article 2 (Our obligations with travelers)

1. In order to provide travelers with safe and satisfactory travel services, we must faithfully carry out our duties in the process of establishing and executing travel plans, such as arranging and arranging travel, transportation, and lodging.

2.The traveler should cooperate with the travelers in order to ensure safe and pleasant travel and to maintain the travel order of the tour operator.

 

Article 3 (Definition of Terms)

The types and definitions of the trip are as follows.

1. Hope travel: Travel that we carry out according to the travel conditions desired by the traveler.

2. General recruitment trip: A recruitment and travel based on the travel conditions established by our company.

3. Consignment recruitment trip: Travel that entrusts recruitment of recruitment trip product made by our company to other travel companies.

 

Article 4 (Composition of Contract)

① Travel contracts include contracts for travel contracts, travel terms, and travel itinerary (or travel guide).

② The itinerary (or travel guide) should include travel dates and tourist information, transportation, shopping, accommodation, meals, travel arrangements, travel agent services and traveler’s notes.

 

Article 5 (Special Rule)

We and the traveler may make a written agreement in a way that does not violate the relevant laws and regulations. In this case, we must explain to the traveler the difference from the standard terms.

 

 

 

Article 6 (Issuance of Contract and Terms)

If you have entered into a travel contract with us, we will issue a contract, a travel agreement and a travel itinerary (or a travel guide) to each traveler.

 

Article 7 (Consideration of grant such as contract and terms)

In the following cases, the Company shall be deemed to have issued the travel contract, the Travel Conditions and the itinerary (or travel guide) to the traveler.

1. The traveler agrees to the terms of the travel contract, terms and travel itinerary (or travel guide) provided on the electronic network including the Internet

   When we have applied for a travel contract, we have notified the traveler of the consent to use the electronic information network or mechanical device

We have sent you a letter of consent to enter into the travel contract with the traveler and the contents of the travel contract, terms and travel schedule (or travel guide) provided by using mechanical devices such as facsimile. Article 8 (Responsibility of the Company)

(1) The Company shall notify the Traveler from the time of departure to the time of arrival of the Company or its employees, local company or its employees, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “Employer”) in connection with the Company’s duties as stipulated in Article 2 Or negligence in the event of such damage.

② The Company shall compensate the damage caused by the traveler due to heavy traffic, traffic jam, etc. of traffic such as aircraft, train, and ship.

Article 9 (The contract is canceled when the minimum number of participants is not met)

① If the minimum number of participants is not met and we cancel the travel contract, we must notify the traveler up to 24 hours before departure for the day trip and 48 hours prior to departure for the overnight stay.

② If the Company cancels the contract without notifying the date of the preceding paragraph due to the number of participants, it shall refund 100% of the down payment already received.

Article 10 (Rejection of Contract)

We may refuse to enter into a contract with a traveler if there is any one of the following reasons:

– When it is acknowledged that it hurts another traveler or has trouble interfere with smooth travel

– When it is recognized that travel is difficult due to illness or other reasons

– When the maximum number of participants specified in the contract is exceeded

 

Article 11 (Travel Charges)

① Basic rates include the following. However, Hope Travel is subject to agreement between the parties.

1. Fares for transportation facilities such as airplanes, ships, railways, etc. (Regular freight basis)

2. Pick-up bus fare between airport, station, pier and hotel

3. Accommodation and meals

4. Guide costs

5. Taxes required during travel

6. Domestic airport, port fee

7. Admission fee for tourist attractions in the itinerary

8. Costs incurred by other individual contracts

② The traveler shall pay the Company a down payment (the amount notified as a down payment during the travel charge) at the time of contract, and the down payment shall be treated as all or part of the travel charge or damages.

③ The traveler shall pay the remaining balance of the travel charge of Paragraph 1, excluding the down payment, to the Company by the day before departure of travel.

(4) The traveler shall pay the travel charge of Paragraph (1) by the method specified by the Company (credit card).

⑤ If traveler’s premium is included in the desired travel fee, we must explain to the traveler the name of the insurance company and the contents of compensation.

 

Article 12 (Settlement of Requirements for Change of Travel Conditions and Charges)

① The travel conditions of Articles 1 to 11 above may be changed only in case of 1 of the following items.

1. If both parties agree that it is inevitable due to the traveler’s request or local circumstances for the safety and protection of the traveler

2. If the purpose of the trip can not be achieved due to natural disasters, war crimes, government orders, transportation, strikes by lodging agencies,

Article 13 (Cancellation of contract before departure of travel)

① We or the traveler may cancel the travel contract before departure.

   In this case, the amount of damages will be reimbursed in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards (Fair Trade Commission Notice).

② The Company or the Traveler shall notify the other party of the amount of damages under Paragraph 1

Article 14 (Cancellation of contract after departure of travel)

① We or the traveler may terminate this travel contract if there is unavoidable reason after departure. However,

Article 15 (Start and End of Trip)

The start of the trip starts from the point of departure and ends when the itinerary ends and arrives at the final destination. Exceptions may be made to contracts and schedule changes.

 

Article 16 (Obligation to explain)

We must explain to the traveler the important content and changes made in these Terms and Conditions.

 

Article 17 (Insurance, etc.)

In the event of loss to the traveler in connection with this trip, we shall be obliged to join the insurance or deduction for payment of the insurance to the traveler or to deposit the business security deposit.

 

Article 18 (Other Matters)

In the event of any dispute arising out of this Agreement or any interpretation of this Agreement,

Article 2 (Our obligations with travelers)

① In order to provide travelers with safe and satisfactory travel services, we must faithfully carry out our duties in the process of establishing and executing travel plans such as travel arrangements, guides, transportation, and accommodations.

② The traveler must cooperate with the travelers in order to ensure safe and pleasant travel and to maintain the travel order of the tour operators.

 

Article 3 (Definition of Terms)

The definition and definition of the type of travel and the procedure for overseas travel procedures are as follows.

1. “Planned Trip” means that the Company prepares a travel destination and a tour schedule in advance, the transportation and accommodation service contents (hereinafter referred to as “travel service”) to be provided to the traveler, It refers to the trip to conduct.

2. “Hope travel” refers to travel that the company plans to carry out, including transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing, according to the travel conditions desired by the traveler (individual or group).

Article 4 (Composition of Contract)

Article 5 (Establishment of Contract)

Article 6 (Special Rule)

Article 7 (Issuance of Contract and Terms)

If you have entered into a travel contract with us, we will issue a contract, a travel agreement and a travel itinerary (or a travel guide) to each traveler.

 

Article 8 (Consideration of grant such as contract and terms)

We and the traveler shall be deemed to have issued travel contracts, travel conditions and travel itinerary (or travel guide) for the following cases:

1. If the traveler agrees to the contents of the travel contract, the terms and the travel itinerary (or the travel guide) provided on the electronic information network such as the Internet and applies for the conclusion of the travel contract, You have notified your doctor.

2. Article 9 (Responsibility of the Company)

Article 10 (Rejection of Contract)

We may refuse to enter into a contract with a traveler if there is any one of the following reasons:

1. When it is recognized that it disturbs another traveler or obstructs the smooth conduct of the trip

2. When it is recognized that travel is difficult due to illness or other reasons

3. When the maximum number of participants specified in the contract is exceeded

 

Article 11 (Travel Charges)

① Travel charges in the travel contract include the following: However, the following items 1 to 9 are paid by the traveler himself or herself for travel convenience.

1. Fares for transportation facilities such as airplanes, ships, railways, etc. (Regular freight basis)

2. Pick-up bus fare between airport, station, pier and hotel

3. Accommodation and meals

4. Guide costs

5. Taxes required during travel

6. Domestic and international airport and port tax

7. Tourism Promotion Development Fund

8. Ticket admission fee

9. Costs under other individual contracts

② Travel charges for travel contracts do not include the following: However, Hope Travel is subject to agreement between the parties.

1. Cost of personal property during travel (communication charges, tariffs, all kinds of tips, laundry costs, personalized food and drinks)

2. Any expenses due to the illness, injury or other cause of the traveler or the individual during the trip

3. Expenses incurred in excess of specifications or regulations (surcharges for one person per room, excess baggage transportation costs, etc.)

4. Costs not specifically mentioned in the itinerary

5. Travel Procedures (Passport credits, Visa fees, etc.)

③ The traveler shall pay to the Company the amount of the down payment (the amount notified as a down payment during the travel charge) at the conclusion of the contract, and the down payment shall be treated as all or part of the travel charge or damages.

④ The traveler shall pay the balance of the travel charge of Paragraph 1 above to the Company 7 days prior to departure of travel, excluding the down payment.

⑤The traveler must pay the travel charge of Paragraph 1 by the method (credit card) designated by us.

⑥ If traveler’s premium is included in the desired travel fee, we must explain to the traveler the name of the insurance company and the contents of compensation.

 

Article 12 (Change of Travel Charges)

① In the case of overseas travel, the fare to be paid to the transportation and accommodations shall be increased or decreased by more than 5%

Article 13 (Settlement of requirements for changing travel conditions and charges)

① The travel conditions of Articles 1 to 12 above may be changed only in case of 1 of the following items.

1. If both parties agree that it is inevitable due to the traveler’s request or local circumstances for the safety and protection of the traveler

Article 14 (Compensation for Damages)

Article 16 (Start and End of Travel)

Article 17 (Obligation to explain)

Article 18 (Insurance, etc.)

Article 19 (Other Matters)
